About Olbrich Botanical Gardens

Whether planning a wedding, retirement party, birthday party, or a gathering for any occasion, let Olbrich Botanical Gardens be the backdrop. Olbrich has three rooms inside the botanical center that are available for rental year-round, each of which overlooks the stunning scenery of the Outdoor Gardens. Fees are determined by the room rented and length of the event. Food service is provided through local approved caterers. Olbrich provides staff that set up all the tables and chairs to support your function. A full range of meeting equipment is available upon request.

Our wedding and reception package includes the following spaces: • Evjue Commons - A reception space with a capacity of 150 people from noon-11 p.m. • Lussier Terrace - An outdoor patio adjoining the reception space from noon-11 p.m. • Atrium - An indoor ceremony space with a capacity of 120 chairs from noon-7 p.m. • A changing room for the bride and her attendants from noon-7 p.m. • Event Garden - Outdoor ceremony space with a capacity of 120 chairs from noon-7 p.m. (Garden Season only and weather permitting) Also included: • Tables and chairs set-up for your reception, as you prefer • White chairs (120) set-up for your ceremony (indoor or outdoor) • One hour rehearsal to be scheduled in advance • Photo opportunities throughout the gardens during public garden hours (following Olbrich Botanical Gardens' Photography Guidelines) • One-year Garden Family membership • September & October - a special reduced ticket rate for Olbrich's GLEAM: Art in a New Light exhibition for your guests on the evening of your rental Garden Season (June 27 - September 26) Saturdays | $4,600 Fridays | $4,100 Mid-Season (April 1 - June, October 1 - 31) Saturdays | $4,100 Fridays | $3,700

The Conservatory is a 10,000 sq. ft. glass area that houses a tropical plant collection. The Conservatory may be available after public hours to add to a private rental. Food and/or drink are not allowed in the Conservatory. A minimum fee is charged for after hours private use.

The Evjue Commons is a large meeting room featuring a vaulted ceiling and a full glass wall that features beautiful views of the gardens (view will be blocked in 2019 due to a construction project). Doors in the Evjue Commons lead directly to a terrace with garden furniture and the gardens beyond, although the outdoor space is not part of your rental
