Availability
We are a food truck serving up Spokane's only Jamaican food. The chef is, Doc, the bad mamajama straight out of Jamaica. We pride ourselves on keeping our food authentically Jamaican. We only use spices shipped directly from Doc's hometown. We would be a perfect fit for a summer gathering, family reunion, wedding reception, baby or bridal shower, and any other event you would be interested in. We are versatile and would love to "cater" a menu to suite your needs. An example of some Jamaican cuisine we serve would be jerk chicken, curry chicken, honey-citrus shrimp skewer, red beans and rice, festivals, plantain chips, Jamaican potato salad, and cabbage salad. We are open almost everyday to the public so you are welcome to test us out. Check our facebook page for our most up to date location.
