We were so pleased with Chef Edie's culinary expertise. We had hors d'oeuvre platters for our Class Reunion--we wanted people to be able to mingle and not have to sit down for a formal meal. Chef Edie did an awesome job--the presentation of the platters was impressive and everyone of her recipes were well received. Chef Edie also runs her business very professionally, she followed up with us via email and telephone confirming several times and the delivery was on-time!! We HIGHLY recommend Chef Edie for any event.

Chef Edie and her staff were fantastic. We used Simply Seasoned Catering for the 1st time at our 15th Annual Corporate Picnic. After years of price increases and either sub-par food or skimpy quantities from our previous caterers, this year was a refreshing change. Chef Edie addressed our 2 major requirements: a traditional, good quality BBQ and plenty of food. The pulled pork sandwiches were awesome, the corn and watermelon tasted fresh picked, and the veggie slaw and baked beans had a gourmet taste. The staff was friendly and kept plenty of food out for the entire event. We will definitely use them for our next picnic and look forward to trying more of the menu choices.

There he was paired with a skilled mentor and classically trained to work hand-in-hand with local food artisans under critical eyes to broaden his horizons in fine French cuisine. Chef Dusty also held a position as Executive Chef for The Inn at Millstone, a four star property in Cashiers, North Carolina. There he was able to create the first farm to table concept for the property using only local products with fresh herbs and vegetables from a garden he started. He later made a cross country move to Washington State and has had the opportunity to work with Bon Appetit Management Company, Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort, and do consulting in Anacortes for the Majestic Inn and Spa. Now settled in beautiful Poulsbo, Chef Dusty is enjoying the salt life with his wife Claire and their daughter Hailie…when he is not experimenting with food in the kitchen!
