About The Moore Mansion

More than a century ago, prominent northwest developer James A. Moore built his bride a stunning three-story neoclassical (Beaux Arts) mansion on the banks of the Columbia River in Pasco, Washington. Moore built the mansion shortly after creating Seattle's Capitol Hill, Moore Theater, Moore Hotel and other city landmarks, including finishing the famed Washington Hotel on Denny Hill. Recently restored the Moore Mansion is available for a limited number of weddings, receptions, school proms, family reunions and other special events. From the private six acre grounds to the elegant and historical interior spaces, the Moore Mansion is a perfect place to begin your life together, or celebrate important events. Private tours for prospective clients are available by appointment seven days per week.
