Times • One hour rehearsal day before the wedding • One hour prior to start time for couple to get ready and/or take photos • Area designated for getting dressed and to freshen up (1 hr prior) • One hour space rental for ceremony Set Up & Decor • Chairs are provided and set up by Rio Plaza staff • Copper colored arbor or rustic wood arbor; client can customize arbor with own decor (flowers, colors, etc.) • Client may bring other decor (i.e. flowers, aisle runner, arbor decor) Day of Coordinator • Oversees rehearsal and ceremony • Will be onsite from beginning to end to guide bridal party down to the aisle After Ceremony • Rio Plaza will break down ceremony (chairs, arbor, client decor, etc.)
