The 9,000 square foot restaurant includes seven dining rooms and a stage. The bar area has four big-screen TVs and two private lounge dens. An outdoor lounge with fireplace is Bali-themed, and the private dining rooms bow towards the East with laughing Buddha statuary, gold-foil wall coverings and red velvet amidst candle lit coves. "Attended my Cousin's wedding reception here", An Eventective User from Lanoka Harbor NJ
We recently attended a wedding dinner reception at Sambuca. We sat on the patio and received excellent service. As our drinks were delivered, appetizers arrived: Chicken Samosas (my girlfriend loved the sauce served with these), Lobster dumplings, and Bruschetta. The Samosas were unusual, and since we did not have a menu, had to ask what the filling was, but we enjoyed them. I chose the spinach salad. It was very good, although I could have used more dressing. My husband loved his entree, the Prime pork chop with smashed potatoes. I chose the Crab-stuffed Salmon served over Asparagus. It had a delicious mild cheese sauce on it. I think both of the entrees are in the $20 range, if you want to check their menu. A great band, Big Daddy, played on the patio, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only bad thing about the evening was that unfortunately two unknown restaurant patrons came onto the patio about 10 p.m.. The bride mentioned it to the groom, who went over to the men and let them know it was a private party. The management appeared to do everything possible to help out
