"Amazing food and service!", An Eventective User from Dallas,TX
I wasn't too excited to be paying $50 per person for a meal....But then I walked in! Texas De Brazil has a great environment not to mention friendly, well trained service. When we calked in we were immediately taken to our table,The evening started with the cheese bread SUPERB! within a few moments our waitress showed up and brought us water and plates to go use at the salad bar which is HUGE, and then we ordered our drinks. We went to the salad bar and I was surprised to find anything and everything I needed. The salad bar had fresh options from salads and vegetables to different types of cheese. I sampled most of the unique items, including the delicious lobster bisque and smoked salmon and fruits. Then we arrived at the table right as our waitress was bringing us our drinks. When we finished our salads she then came and got our plates and brought us two more. She then explained how to use the red and green cards to let the waiters know when you wanted them to bring meat. The meat options I had were bacon wrapped filet, sirloin, pork rib, beef rib, filet mignon, leg of lamb, rib eye and pork sausage. My favorite was the pork rib and filet. Dinner came with garlic mash potatoes and fried plantains. We got a second order of plantains... It was that good.

For first time Brazilian restaurant goers - don't go crazy at the salad bar, save room for the meat; think of this place like a buffet - there is one price per person and yes it is worth the price- I heard lunch is cheaper if you are trying to save money; and come hungry!
