They catered our wedding and we could not recommend them more! The staff was so nice and professional and the food was incredible. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good everything was! My now husband and I had a private dinner and they served us personally with our food and they couldn't have been more nice! They also helped us with our rentals (glasses, plates, linens, etc.) and were so helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We also did a tasting before the wedding and they were so amenable to any changes or suggestions we had, and with us living in Dallas, TX they were so fast to respond to any emails we sent. We would easily book them again!

We used ADCT for my sister's wedding as well as my own. They are incredible. After both weddings all of our guests were asking who did our catering because it was so good. We did the shrimp and grits station as well as passed hors d'oeurves. Everything was so good! I only wish I could have taken more time to sit down and enjoy it.

For my wedding they went beyond what was expected. They served a Cajun style menu and it was out of this world. I had wanted a fruit arrangement and the fruit arrangement was absolutely stunning. I had been concerned about doing a buffet dinner instead of a sit down dinner, but they were able to deal with my concerns and made eating at my reception amazing. I had wanted to do something a little different for the wedding and they was able to cater to me without making my wedding tacky or gaudy. The food was lovely, it was really beautiful.
