We choose to design a custom ring via their CAD process and the results were wonderful. Not only did they take the time to answer every little question during the initial design, they continued to answer my emails and calls throughout the entire process. I am a very demanding shopper and found that level of customer service very refreshing. We have since gone back for other items and will continue to do business with them moving forward. They have a great selection and their staff is very knowledgeable. |
