A Wedding Ceremony Officiated, Dayton — I believe anyone that has a Marriage license should be able to get married. So many times the Church excludes people because of Divorice or not a member of a church or failing counceling. I don't pass judgement like that. I think that is arrogant and wrong. If you want to be married I want to help!
