Terms and Conditions
Our rate is based on a 3-hour minimum reservation. Our doors open maximum 1 hour prior to event in order to set up and close maximum 30 minutes after the event closing (additional time will be charged) A $500 security deposit is required prior to event (refunded at the end of the event). A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. Please be aware that the deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance will be charged for any cancellation less than 30 days before the event.

From Vermont to Sweden, my family and friends have absolutely loved staying at La Maison d'Art. We frequently attend world class art exhibits, live jazz and theatre events hosted in the gallery. We've also hosted our own fundraisers and filmed projects there. Everyone is professional, courteous and a joy to be around. This Harlem, centrally located guesthouse, gallery and event space is a local treasure to me, being a business owner, resident who sometimes needs a work space close to home that can accommodate me to give presentations, set up small photo shoots and sometimes even view my work. I also have been to a number of art exhibit openings and musical events here and would recommend getting on the mailer to receive updates and reminders of any upcoming events.
Diamond in the rough. I have known of the space for about 2 years now and have attended a number of events in the space from art openings and receptions, to baby showers and pop-up shops. A professional staff, all follow the charge of owner - Stephanie Callas, who brings amazing execution and flair to every event.
