About Open House Lofts
Our marquee, flagship venue is located in downtown New York City, in the heart of Soho. Our 3000+ square foot, 2-story loft space is multi-room, fully furnished, large and spacious. Open House Lofts New York was originally conceived in 1999 as a unique, non-traditional venue for focus groups and other market research related projects. We believe that a comfortable and inspiring environment is essential for insights to thrive. Although our venues are creatively non-traditional, they were built and customized with market research in mind, so we offer all the same accouterments and level of service that clients expect from traditional facilities, and then some.
