This company was superb. I hired them for a friend's bachelorette party and they went out of their way to help. They helped arrange a winery tour in Watkins Glen and helped me pick out the best restaurant to go to. The driver was also extremely friendly and very helpful. It also was awesome that they had GPS and were able to get us everywhere we wanted to go without having to provide directions or anything, considering none of us were very familiar with the area. They also supplied us with special coupons and deals for the places we went for the wine tasting and got us great group rate at the restaurant. Overall the staff that I spoke with over the phone were all extremely polite and went out of their way to get me the things that I needed. The limo was extremely nice and much better quality than what I expected for what I paid. It was also fully stocked and everything was included in the price. It was also clean and clearly well maintained and it was obvious that they keep their cars in good condition and consistently clean them and repair. The price was also quite reasonable and they gave us a special rate for the amount of people that were attending (roughly 10 of us). Also gave me all the options and helped me to make a decision on which deal would be best for the party that I was planning on having. I plan on definitely hiring them again if I ever need any type of service. A couple of my friends have also used them and they said they had the same great experience.
