Hosted my girlfriends 30th birthday here. Al was so helpful from beginning to end -- from picking the space, ordering rental furniture & setting up. He let us into the space a bit early to set up and helped the bartender set his gear up as well. The space was bright, neat and clean. He allowed us space in his personal office to store empty boxes/supplies. Our guests loved the art and environment. Parking was easy -- on street or in the public lot (which was empty even on NYE). Cannot recommend this enough; we had a great time and really couldn't have asked for a better party.
