The Holiday Inn & Suites would love to accommodate your and Groom’s wedding reception!
We have two areas (the Atrium & the Convention Center) in the hotel where we can accommodate wedding receptions. The Atrium is located in the center of the hotel and is a beautifully appointed space featuring the signature waterfall and decorated with lush plant life. The Atrium is bathed in natural sunlight from the skylights above giving it the ambiance of an outdoor garden (but without the worry of Mother Nature). Being that the Atrium is the center of the hotel we do require all functions to end by 10pm due to the surrounding guestrooms.
The Convention Center offers an intimate setting and is located in the back of the hotel (while being connected to the hotel) boasts its own private entrance, Pre-Convene area, and parking. The Convention Center is a great place for a reception as it offers a totally private location, without the distraction from other events happening at the hotel. All function in the Convention Center must conclude by 1am.
For Weddings and Receptions, we place a Food and Beverage Minimum on the space. This means, if you spend at least that amount in Food and Beverage, the room rental is completely waived. Therefore, you are essentially spending your money towards food for your guests rather that room rental. We are a full service catering venue, which means all Food and Beverage is to be provided by the hotel. You are welcome to bring in your own wedding cake, mints and nuts, and party favors for your guests.
The Food and Beverage Minimum is $2000 for the Atrium and $2000 for the Convention Center. Included are the tables needed(banquet rounds, head table, DJ table, guest book table, cake table, gift table, etc) covered with cloth linens, flatware, china and glassware, along with complete set-up, tear down and banquet staff to tend to your needs. Excluded in the Food and Beverage Minimum are service charge (20%) and current Sales Tax
