ArtsTech is located in the Kansas City Crossroads Art District. The Gallery is on the second floor. 7000sq ft. of loft-style space with a capacity of 400/250 seated with table and chairs, hanging partitions, fluorescent or available clamp lighting.
Limited wireless internet service. Direct heat and indirect air conditioning. Off-street parking. Handicapped accessible, Non-smoking, small prep kitchen area, no cooking, freight elevator to dock for easy loading. |
| The security deposit is due at the time of application. Rental fee must be paid in full at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the rental date or with the application, whichever is the sooner. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check. Written cancellation must be received with 30 days notice or more to receive full refund of rental and security deposit. |
