Our day of coordination package is highly competitive in its quality of services and prices. Our services (listed below) can be customized to fit particular needs of the client during consultation.
Includes:
- One-hour meeting to discuss event details
- Construct a timeline of the event day
- Contact each vendor for arrival time information
- Arrive 1-2 hours prior to wedding
- Setup and preparation of venue
- Direct and manage the event for up 5 hours ($75 per additional hour)
- Supervise vendors at the ceremony/reception
- Prompt band/DJ for announcements |
-TERMS
The CLIENT agrees to provide payment for the services described. This payment shall be remitted to the PLANNER according to the following schedule:
Upon signing of this document:
50 percent of total payment, based on estimated event cost is due at signing
Remainder of payment due 2 weeks prior to event date
-CANCELLATION
Should the PLANNER cancel his or her services for any reason other than acts of God, the CLIENT shall receive a refund of all pre-paid fees, less any expenses incurred on behalf of the event.
Should the CLIENT cancel his or her services for any reason other than acts of God, the PLANNER shall retain the $250 booking fee and any costs incurred on behalf of the event.
-FORCE MAJEURE
This agreement is automatically canceled if the event is interrupted by an act of God, by war, or by strikes.
