No matter the venue or budget, the purpose of a social event is to celebrate something, anything really. So, perhaps you want to throw a birthday party for a friend, a holiday party for your coworkers, or a baby shower for a family member. I can help you make it a great celebration and stay under budget.

The Social Events Package is for social events with a budget of $4500 or under. |
Your event is unique. Therefore, our payment contract will be unique.
By making a deposit for a package you are agreeing to the terms in the contract that has been emailed/mailed to you.
If your event is cancelled or you choose to no longer use my services. Written notice of cancellation is required. Package deposits are not refundable.If the client wishes to cancel the contract, the client will be required to pay for any work described in this contract and change order that has been completed to date. No refunds will be made by Tracy’s Creative Events if Client cancels less then 31 days prior to event.
Charges and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon acceptacne of emailed/mailed contract. The balance of my fee is due 30 days before event. Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) payments will be charged an administration fee of $35 each. All fees may be paid by credit/debit card online through the Tracy's Creative Events website (http://tracysevents.com), or by cash or money order/bank check. Personal checks are not accepted. Online payments are handled by PayPal and Google Checkout
Competitive pricing is a necessity in any market, including markets that are service-based. My prices are competitive and are not negotiable once the contract is signed. If it’s decided by you to increase the event budget after signing the contract, your signature will be required on a new contract. However, any changes to your budget total up to $4500 will not affect billing for my services. For the Social Events Package once your budget reaches $4501 additional charge of 10% over the $4500 will be charged.
Services that I outsource on your behalf, such as musicians, transportation and photographers may utilize time-based contracts. If I am handling payment to these services for you and the contracted time is exceeded, I reserve the right to charge you for any excess billing as necessary
Vendor and Rental Fees: Client must pay vendor and rental fees to Tracy’s Creative Events prior to my management of such payments or contracts on behalf of the client. Vendor and rental fees are not in my control and will vary. 100% of the client's vendor or rental payments go to the vendor or rental fees; I do not make commission on these payments.
Decorations and Other Event Supplies: I will provide the client with an estimated cost for all decorations and other event supplies. Client is responsible for full payment of the estimate prior to me purchasing the items. In the event my decorations and supplies estimate is higher than actual cost, I will refund the remaining amount to the client. In the event my decorations and supplies estimate is lower than actual cost, the balance will be billed to the client. I do not make commission on decorations and other event supplies.
Liability: Tracy’s Creative Events or person from said company will not be held responsible for any acts of nature or other forces beyond his/her control that may affect the delivery and/or quality of the services described in this contract. Tracy’s Creative Events or any person working for said company will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries to anyone or anything that may occur during event. |

Designed to fit the bride and groom who are unsure where to start or how to start planning their big day. This package includes items to set you on the correct path to create the wedding they have always wanted.

Designed to fit the Bride and Groom who want just a little help with the planning of their perfect day. This package includes everything from the Grass Roots Package, plus the following:
- Menu planning - 4 vendor meetings (dj, transportation, hall, caterers) - Help with selecting flowers - Help with selecting cake - Assist with hotel arrangements and transportation for out of town guests to wedding and reception - Review of vendor contracts, menus, and agreements - Help with dress selections for bride, bridal party, mother of the groom and mother of the bride - 4 progress meetings (1 hour each) - Unlimited email support
