As you know going threw your Ipod is hard enough finding that song you know the words to but not the name. Well having over 950,000 songs is a bit more time consuming.
Event Agenda: 2-3 hours
After you pick your songs for the formalities we go to our planning phase. This is a must have for any Wedding making sure that the DJ, Bride and Groom and event planner are all on the same page.
Final Consultation: 1-2 hours
After all is said and done we get to review everything to make sure we get any and all last minute changes. This is done in person or phone.
Event Preparation: 1-3 hours
At this time we conduct a walk through of our time line and make any corrections as needed. i.e. pronunciations and intorductions.
Travel & Set up : 3-5 hours
This varies on packages and distance allowing time for weather and any unfortunate events that may occur. Setup time, with arrival for load-in guaranteed at least 90 minutes prior to the event as well as make any changes to the time line.
Performance: 4-8 hours
Showtime! Guests are arriving, music is playing. Going over time line one last time. I have seen it all happen, last minute the groomsmen is to drunk or the father of the bride is M.I.A.
Breakdown: 1- 2 hours
What goes up must come down and depending on package it can be time consuming.
Total time for average wedding
