- Choice of Two Appetizers - Classic Caesar Salad: Fresh chopped romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons - Penne DaParma: Penne cut pasta, sun dried tomato Pesto, spinach, caramelized onions, wild mushrooms and smoked mozzarella - Chicken Marsala: Lightly sautéed boneless breasts "painted" with a mushroom and Marsala wine sauce - Shrimp Risotto: Pan Seared shrimp, Arborio rice, caramelized onion, toasted corn, roasted red pepper coulis and a chiffonade of fresh basil with smoked Gouda cheese - Iced tea and water served with meal

The International Buffet includes:
- Choice of Three Appetizers - Salad-Montego Bay Salad: Mesclun greens tossed with a citrus vinaigrette, pecans, pineapple, mango and Asiago cheese - Penne DaParma: Penne cut pasta, sun dried tomato Pesto, spinach, caramelized onions, wild mushrooms and smoked mozzarella - Santa Fe Fajitas: Smoked Chicken with grilled peppers and onions in a mini flour tortilla shell and seasoned with secret spices used by the Ancient Mayans. Southwestern Salsa as condiment - Caribbean Bouillabaisse: consists of shrimp, mussels, sealegs, turkey sausage, jerk chicken, pineapple, mango, onion, and celery oven roasted in a coconut broth served with curry and smoked Gouda flavored rice - Iced tea and water served with meal

- Choice of Three Appetizers - Classic Caesar Salad: Fresh chopped romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons (Your Choice of 1 Salad) - Mahogany Chicken: Pan seared chicken breasts made with a balsamic reduction; julienne sun dried tomatoes and caramelized garlic. - Fruitti Da Mare: an engagement of shrimp, scallops, and mussels in a tomato cream sauce. - Asian Glazed Salmon: Pan seared salmon filets and painted with an orange and soy sauce glaze. Served with flash fried Asian vegetable medley - Iced tea and water served with meal

- Choice of Four Appetizers - Choice of Salad - Grilled Salmon with a sun dried tomato beurre blanc - Mahogany Chicken: pan seared breast with a Balsamic Vinegar reduction - Served with oven roasted sweet or red potatoes and steamed asparagus - Iced tea and water served with meal
Grill Filet of Beef can be substituted for chicken for an additional $10 per person
