Executive Chef Paul Masterson, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, the leading culinary institution in the United States, along with The Olmsted Executive Chef Oscar Hernandez and his professional culinary team will insure you receive only the finest menus available, and present them with creativity and care. Special event coordinators Brian Masterson, Sueanna Masterson-Carroll, Andrew Masterson, and The Olmsted Facility Director, Brenda Bush, have planned over ten thousand receptions and corporate events. Their experience and creativity are yours to tap in planning your special event. Nicholas Mastoras was born in 1896 on the island of Othoni, Greece. In 1914, he immigrated to the United States. He originally settled in Birmingham, Alabama, and later moved to Decatur, Alabama. There he met and married Robbie Rich, a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee. In Decatur, he owned and operated a small candy store and restaurant. During the 1980's, Masterson's was home to the athletic training table for all University of Louisville teams. Masterson's caters to any location in the Louisville Metropolitan Area, and can provide all necessary resources (tents, tables, chairs, china and linens, ice sculptures, audio/visual equipment, novelties and games, entertainment, etc.) required to make your event a success. We have served individuals, and we have coordinated single events for as many as 18,000 people. We are fully insured and licensed for food and liquor service on and off our premises.
