Newly opened, the Cedar Falls Convention & Event Center is an inviting location adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Falls with 12,000 sq. ft. of adaptable meeting and banquet space seating up to 700 guests comfortably. On both the West and East side of the convention center you will find 2 oversized pre-function areas with build in bars and from the east side you can walk out to an oversized patio, ideal for a social hour or other gatherings. On the west side of the hotel you will find a large patio with 2 firepits. This area is ideal for a wedding ceremony for about 150 guests. You will also find a smaller patio with a firepit outside our Garden Grille & Bar. Our venue is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, reunions, anniversaries, holiday parties, celebrations, fund-raising events, trade shows and much, much more...

Dream Weddings at the Cedar Falls Convention & Event Center – we build your dream around you! We do it all! Your personal wedding coordinator is with you from pre-planning of site visit, menu planning, menu tasting, to assist with wedding room block for family and guests. Your coordinator will be onsite for your big day and after the wedding we invite you to come and stay with us on your one year anniversary. It is our desire to create the event you have dreamed of. We have created two wedding packages and if our menu options are not part of that dream, please allow our Executive Chef to customize a menu that will make your dream come true. For all events our pricing includes set up, tear down, linens, chinaware, silverware and glassware. We have access to a variety of florists, props & decorations, specialty linens and entertainment options when it comes to decorations. An inviting location, the Cedar Falls Convention & Event Center offers over 12,000 sq. ft. of adaptable meeting and banquet space seating up to 700 guests comfortably. The space includes 2 pre-function areas and patios ideal for a social hour. The Convention Center can be divided up into 2 ballrooms or 6 equal sized meeting/banquet rooms. Our pre-function rooms are situated on the west and east side of the ballroom with built in bars. From the east pre-function area you can step onto a 1,400 sq. ft. patio perfect for social hour, receptions or gatherings. On the west side of the hotel we feature an oversized patio with fire pits and is great for receptions and a wedding reception.

We had our daughter's wedding there this October. Was a beautiful place to have the wedding and reception in one place. I just thought some of the items they charged us for were a little pricey. The service was great and Leslie was great to work with.
