"Best Meeting Smokehouse Within 100 Miles", An Eventective User from Indianapolis, Indiana
In the heart of Historical Fountain Square lies one of the most treasured smokehouse's within hundreds of miles. The Smokehouse on Shelby is one of the most delectable meeting venue's in the area. It sits across the corner of the Historical Fountain that was built in the early 1920's. The people in the Smokehouse are some of the highest trained professional's. They greet you with a smile and they also treat you with the utmost respect.

The environment inside the bistro is very Retro. They have tables surrounding the outside of the open room with many secluded tables in the center of the room. The lighting resembles 1950's era lighting. The counter surrounds two walls and there is a jukebox to enhance the 1950's vibe. There are several posters hanging on the walls from movies that have played right next door in the Historical Theater building, which are definately very intriguing. There are still the same exact seats that were there in the building when it was built in the early 1900's.

The menu has the widest variety of food available. They serve regular sandwiches and pulled pork sandwiches which are cooked for over four hours on low temperature to ensure the most delectable and tender meet available. They also offer hand made 100% Beef Hamburgers and Jumbo Tenderloins. The absolute best Hickory smoked St. Louis Style Ribs which are painted and served with the most delectable spicy Chipotle BBQ sauce or the sweetest of the sweet BBQ sauce. Over thousands have wrote on the Bistro's wall proclaiming there love for the most meaty yet tender ribs which have had them always coming back for more.
