Meeting room can be one large space or separated into two smaller spaces. It is a total of 1,200sf. We do not cater to our meeting spaces, but we do allow outside catering. Meeting pricing above does not include 20% setup, teardown and clean up fee or 7% sales tax. This is a downtown property so there is a charge for parking cars.

Pricing is based on size and length of the event.
Cancelation policy is 2 weeks prior to event, anytime after we ask for 50% of the cost of the room rental.
Full payment of the room rental is due 1 week prior to the event.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Checks are accepted only if payment is made 2 weeks prior to the event.
