This package is for small meetings or seminars and lunch parties. This package is the space only package. The guests can bring outside food and catering. The package rate of $300 includes the event space for 4 hours.
Package Details: - 3000 sq ft Banquet Hall - Up to 50 guests - Set-Up with Tables, Chairs and Table Cloths (Beige) - Free Parking
Note: We offer other decorations at additional cost like Chair Covers, Sashes, Table Overlays. We can make arrangements for lunch and tea/coffee set up at additional costs.

| We would require an additional "Refundable" Cleaning and Damage deposit of $150 which is 100% refundable after the event if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.The guests is required to come in person and sign the contract with banquet manager to complete the booking process. |

Banquet Space Rental Package includes:
- Up to 100 Guests - 5 pm to 11pm - Free Parking - A/C and Heating - Complimentary King Suite - Complimentary Set-up with Tables, Chairs and Table Cloths - Free Decoration Time
The guests can even come a day early if we do not have any events going on.
We also offer other paid services and decorations: - Henna Tattoos from $5/hand - Chair Covers (White) And Sashes: $3/chair - Chair Covers Only (White): $2/chair - Table Overlays: 60" = $6/table; 72" = $8.50/table - Table Runners: $3.75/table |
Terms:
- We would charge an additional "REFUNDABLE" Cleaning and Damage Deposit from $100 up to $250 for any and all events. - The guests are required to sign a contract in person along with the deposit to book the hall. The rest of the money should be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. - 6% taxes will be added to the total cost. |
