Chef Tony has been creating distinctive, continental and exotic cuisine for more than fifteen years. A native of Jersey City, NJ and a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Chef began his culinary career in 1991 in the Navy on board the USS John F. Kennedy. There he cooked for the Navy's elite Admirals, Captains and other officers. In 1995, after spending four years in the navy, Tony decided to take his skills to the civilian world. Chef takes great pride in bringing this collective experience to his catering and his clients. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients and preparing meals with care and attention to detail, Chef Tony wishes to give his clients the best dining experience he can provide.
