This package is for those who have everything already picked out and want to hand over the event day to a professional to manage. We will ensure a Kontoured Experience Includes: - Meeting to discuss Planner Role and Responsibilities - 1 Initial and 1 Final Venue Walk-through - Detailed Event Schedule - Vendor Management during event - Weekly updates via phone to the Client - Up to 8 hour onsite management including breakdown

Social and Corporate Events (excluding Weddings) I. Day-Of-Coordination Package. Includes: - Meeting to discuss Planner Role and Responsibilities - 1 Initial and 1 Final Venue Walk-through - Detailed Event Schedule - Vendor Management during event - Weekly updates via phone to the Client - Up to 8 hour onsite management including breakdown II. FEES The PLANNER will receive a total payment of $500 for Day-of-Coordination duties as outlined above. III. TERMS The CLIENT agrees to provide payment for the services described above. This payment shall be remitted to the PLANNER according to the following schedule: Upon signing of this document: o $200 deposit to begin services via Pay-Pal Day of Event o Remainder of PLANNER fee in cash, check, or card Any additional fees for Planning or Event Design will be invoiced to the CLIENT by the PLANNER as they occur. IV. CANCELLATION Should the PLANNER cancel services for any reason other than acts of GOD, the CLIENT shall receive: o a refund of half the deposit($100) Should the CLIENT cancel the event, the following payments shall be due: o within 48 hours of event, remainder of fees due less $50 V. Acceptance of Full Agreement and Amendments This agreement, plus any attachments, constitutes the full agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties. Those parties affixing signatures below agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
