Our consultant package will help you with the initial or the final phases of planning your event. This package includes two in person meetings and unlimited phone/emails up to four weeks before your event. • Customized to-do list • Budget worksheet • Venue and vendor recommendations based on need • Itinerary construction including vendor contact information, venue and all necessary information • Development of event timelines. This is a schedule of all the day’s events and times. • Contact and confirm all vendors exact time of arrival and assist them with any questions or needs. • Oversee day of event from beginning to end including vendors, venue and any last minute details that might arise • Distribute final payments to vendors • Oversee set-up, placement and cleanup of specialty items Starting package cost $300
Management Package$900 Per Event
Our event management package is perfect for the person who has already planned their event or is starting at the beginning. We will help guide you through the planning process. An event specialist will help wrap up the last minute details, manage vendors, create a detailed timeline for your event and execute flawless coordination on the day of the event. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the day. This package includes seven in person meetings and unlimited phone/emails after the contract is signed. • Research up to four vendors • Attend meetings with vendors as needed • Creative design for the overall day • Create and manage task list • Help with assembly projects i.e. Centerpieces, favors, invitations and etc. • A day of assistant for events larger than 50 guests • Vendor management during the last month leading up to your event and review of all contracts to ensure efficient timing for the day. • Precise timeline creation, vendor management and day of coordination to ensure the day unfolds flawlessly • Site visit prior to the event to nail down any last minute details & decor ideas Starting package cost $600
