Unique location for children's birthday parties, bridal or baby showers. Party Room rental includes the following: o Exclusive use of our Party Room for your 2-hour event o One hour of set up time before your event o Maximum of 50 guests o Outside food and beverages welcome. However, no baked goods from outside are permitted o 6 six foot rectangular tables o Seating for up to 50 guests o Kitchen prep area with microwave o Buffet table(s), gift table, and cake table o Use of music system o Free parking in lot surrounding building o Event Hostess Add-ons: Additional event hours $100/hour Table linens $4 each. Beverage dispensers $4 each. A signed agreement, as well as a deposit of $100 is required to secure your date. The deposit is deducted from your total rental fee.

DEPOSITS • The non-refundable deposit is deducted from your total rental fee. • Less than 14 days booked requires 100% event payment. PAYMENTS • Final payment due 7 days prior to event date. Event will be cancelled for non payment. • Credit/debit cards, money orders, and checks accepted.
