400 laser beams triggered by audio create an unforgettable party atmosphere!
All packages include unlimited planning emails and calls. We offer the option to visit your site prior to the scheduled event to assessing logistics, space, power, and create an opportunity to meet and greet in person. In most cases, We also offer a prepaid discount of 10% off the total price.
During our initial conversation, we'll discuss and formulate a plan to make the guest of honor feel like a super star! We'll cover theme, costumes, musical genre, special activities and timelines. We may customize some games and competitions offering prizes to the winners! Within these competitions, we'll incorporate special interests, songs and dances insuring a fabulous event!
Together we'll construct the "perfect party"!
We're on the site location the day of the event a minimum of one and half hours early for set up. In most cases, We will be completely ready to go, sound checked, 30 minutes prior to start time.
All equipment is modern, state of the art and top of the line. 1100 watt sound system, wireless mic, Over 10,000 songs and live streaming capabilities. Any and every song you want to make your event a smashing success!

| In the event of Artist’s inability to perform due to physical causes, inability to perform, accident, means of transportation, Acts of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, any acts of any public authority or any other causes similar or dissimilar, beyond Artist’s control, there shall be no claim for damages by either party to this contract and Artist/Agent will make best efforts to procure the services of a comparable Artist. Refund Policy: Client/Purchaser must notify Out and About Entertainment in writing within 60 days of scheduled event to receive refund. In the event that Out and About Entertainment, is unable to provide the aforesaid services due to circumstances beyond its control, the prepaid discounted price, shall be returned to the client within 60 days of the event date. Client cancellations are subject to 50% nonrefundable deposit or 50% of un-discounted price to reserve date. In the event, the event time or performance timeline is cut short; no prorated refund will be issued. In the event overtime is requested client purchaser will be billed the stated prorated amount and payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Discount cannot be used in combination with any other discount or promotional offer. Deposits are non-refundable and held as security (when applicable).In the event that artist's equipment is damaged during the contracted event by any person as a result of negligence or willful misconduct perpetrated by the client, its employees, associates, and/or participants of said event shall be the responsibility of the client, limited to repair cost, and/or lost wages for the duration of the repairs and/or the replacement cost. All alterations to this contract must be made in writing and approved by both parties. |

Cash, Check or Credit card via Pay Pal accepted due within 7 days of invoice or at meet and greet

Client cancellations are subject to 50% nonrefundable deposit or 50% of undiscounted price to reserve date. If an event time or performance timeline is cut short; no prorated refund will be issued. In the event overtime is requested client purchaser will be billed the stated prorated amount and payment is due at the completion of the event. In the event billing is necessary payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Discount cannot be used in combination with any other discount or promotional offer.
