| The Event Planner fee is 15% of the total wedding cost. |
Payment is accepted by VISA, MC, AX, PayPal and cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS*
A $250 deposit is required to secure the service of the Event Planner, payable on execution of this agreement. The deposit is nonrefundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Event Planner fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
1. A Summary of the Contract
The Client shall responsible for any additional costs the event planner may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.
The Event Planner is responsible for providing for the client a service and products as detailed in section 2 (‘coverage’). The client undertakes to engage the event planner for this coverage for the price as detailed in section 3.
2. The Coverage
To be discussed for services adhered to the ceremonial performance in detail.
Accommodations for guest and wedding party
Hair and Makeup
Wedding cake
Wedding ceremony entertainment
Sit down service or buffet style service
Wedding officiate
Post Wedding Reception, chairs, flowers, decorations, musical entertainment provided by a DJ
And a host of other details completed by the event planner
3. Payment Arrangements
The client will pay the Event Planner %15 of the total wedding cost, subject to the following terms:
Wedding Pay Schedule: $250 deposit to secure the Event Planner. Full payment is due 45 days before wedding date, no exceptions.
Cancellations less than (1) one month before the date of the wedding will forfeiture all monies paid thus far. All cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation conditions above will apply for postponed weddings if the event planner is not able to re-schedule for the new date and time. If the event planner is able to re-schedule for the new date and time, then there is a $500 re-scheduling fee.
4. Attendance
In the unlikely event of the event planner is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, the event planner reserves the right to appoint another event planner to attend on his behalf to undertake the event.
5. Limitation of liability
In the unlikely event of a total event failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The undersigned have read and understood the above contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
