RENTAL RATES for 4-5 hr.Reception Keep in mind that the demand is extremely high for March, April, May, June weddings & Sept, Oct weddings. Please note that we cannot accommodate all requests and therefore suggest that individuals have an alternate date in mind for their event:

Up to 250 guests cocktail style inside or 150 guests sit down inside venue with tables and chairs.... if you rented these
same tables and chairs yourself, it would cost over $1,700! We can accommodate an additional 75 guests on our Deck.
The Lawn: $339 (The Lawn is an option to be added as an addition to the Venue and can accommodate up to 250+ guests.)
