The ICEBAR Experience. Greeted by our Ice Princess, guests will enter the magical world of ICEBAR Orlando where the temperature is a chilly 27 degrees Fahrenheit (-2.8 Celsuis) surrounded by 50 tons of pure ice designed cut and sculptured by Olympic world-class ice carvers. The walls, bar, tables, and even the sofas and chairs are made out of ice. The experience begins the moment each guest puts on their thermal hooded cape with faux fur trimmed hood and gloves to keep warm during their 45-minute expedition into the Ice Palace Exhibit. Arriving in this sub-arctic space, each guest will be given a choice of a Grey Goose signature cocktail in a custom designed glass made of pure crystal ice. An amazing light and sound show enhances the expedition. Every six months, ICEBAR Orlando’s interior will be transformed into an exciting new theme. The first design is an elegant ice palace from the Arctic with a Snow Queen’s throne, polar bear and fireplace created in a stunning design of old man winter complete with logs. For comfort, sumptuous fur throws are draped on the furniture. A photographer will also be on hand to capture each guest’s chilling experience. The Chill Lounge. After an unforgettable ICEBAR experience, guests can head to the inviting warmth of the Chill Lounge, the 3,000-square-foot ultra-hip bar featuring entertainment, caviar, premium beverage service, signature drinks and a gift shop with specialty merchandise. With contrasting hues of blues, specialty lighting, a stunning crystal chandelier, beaded shimmer walls and custom designed furnishings, guests will be surrounded in a luxurious Nordic setting. VIP areas are available with advanced reservations and there is no cover charge to enter the Chill Lounge. The Polar Patio is a great outdoor entertainment space for our guests looking to enjoy the great Florida weather. Meetings and Special Events. Distinctive and unique, versatile and comfortable, our two bars combine to provide a venue that caters to your every need. The Chill Lounge is perfect for after work drinks, or to host your next function. Guests can drink dance, eat and meet in a cozy environment that can be exclusively tailored to reflect your needs. Our state-of-the-art audio-visual system is available for use and all entertainment needs can be easily organized and accommodated. Whatever the style or theme of your event, The Chill Lounge turns the temperature up on an event to remember. From a cocktail party or a birthday bash to Bachelorette Party in unforgettable style, functions at Icebar Orlando and the Chill Lounge really are the most fun you can have with (lots of) clothes on!
