Our Beautifull Ballroom offers a 4,000 square foot dance floor and is exquisitely decorated with antique mirrors and fine art.
It is equipped with state of the art music and lighting systems, and can accommodate groups of up to 210 guests.
We accept outside catering and bar service so you can provide your own food and beverage service or choose from the best that the area has to offer. You control the costs.
We are also pleased to provide D.J services,servers,and dance hosts. Parking is plentiful,well lighted and free.
We base our rates on the number of guests attending.
Rates are $1,700 for up to 130 guests and $2,100 for from 131 guests to 210 guests!\

The Ballroom is available for events 9 am to 12 midnight, 7 days a week.
Setup for catering and entertainment shall be included in this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers and guests must be completed ½ hour after the scheduled ending time.
Base Banquet Hall Rental includes: Seating: Grand Ballroom offers the following tables for your use in any configuration that your event requires. (Table cloth measurements are based on a 30" "to the floor" use.) - Four (4) - 8’x30” Banquet tables. They require 90”x156” rectangular table cloths. - Seventeen (17) - 5'x30" tables. They require 90"x120" table cloths if used singularly. (If pushed together as a square, they require, 120"x132",and are capable of seating 8 to 12 guests – This would give you eight (8) 5'x5' square tables, plus one extra single table.) - Twenty Four (24) - 6’x30” tables. They require 90”x132” table cloths if used singularly. (If pushed together as a square, they require 132”x180” – This would give you eleven (11) square tables, capable of seating up to 12 guests.) - Nine (9) - 30” round tables. They require 90” round table cloths and are suitable for dinner for two or cocktails for four.
All tables and chairs arranged to your specifications. Additional table sizes and quantities are available for an additional charge.

Other Services - Attendant: The attendant is on premises throughout your entire event. Additional Services - We will be happy to secure additional services such as your caterer, bartenders, entertainers, additional tables, linens, etc. Those items may be ordered at a later date as arrangements are finalized and will be invoiced separately. | A damage deposit of $500 shall be collected from the renter secured as a charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will not be processed until after the event following Grand Ballroom's confirmation of damage. See Rental Agreement Documents for further terms and conditions. |

3 private lessons in the dances of your choice-Private lessons with instructors for the price of $40 per person. Open dancing every Thursday and Sunday night. the admission is $15 at the door per person. Fri. 8-11 pm and Sun. 7-10 pm. Host provided, singles and couples welcome. Tuesdays are Salsa Nights "Best Salsa club in town" |
