Touchstone Gallery space is a modern, brand new venue that is perfect for special events rental. It is a perfect place to hold your next party, cocktail reception, meeting, corporate or private event. It is located in the heart of Washington DC and is easy to get to by public transportation and has multiple parking lots nearby. As a bonus, the space also features rotating monthly art exhibitions provided by its 50 member artists. We can accommodate 70 guests for a seated event and 130 to 160 guests for a standing reception.

The rate for daytime events held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 5pm is $1,000 per 4 hour block for set up, event and clean up ($150 per one extra hour).
Capacity: - 70 seated - 130 to 160 standing
Touchstone Gallery offers: - 1,600 square feet of modern gallery space - Street level location - Handicap accessible - Flooded with natural light - 15 foot ceilings with track lighting - Ceiling fans - Finished concrete floors - Catering prep area in the back - 2 modern unisex restrooms

Rental Deposit: 25% of total fees are due at the time of reservation; non-refundable, in case of cancellation less than 30-days prior to event date.
Security Deposit. $500 collected when contract is signed; to be refunded within 10 days after the event if no damage is done or in case of cancellation.
Security Staffing: It is the policy of gallery to require all parties renting the gallery for an event to include in their expenses the cost to provide third party security for the duration of the event. Security to be provided exclusively by “Massive Entertainment”
Insurance: Renters must obtain a Certificate of Insurance naming Touchstone Gallery as an additional insured for the day of the event. The policy should provide liability coverage of no less than $1,000,000.00.
The first Friday of each month is not available for rental. Weekend rate applies to all holidays.
