CATERING INFORMATION
Standard Service/Delivery: Charge is 10% of net sales with a $25 minimum not to exceed $75 in
most cases.
Full Service: Charge is $100 per server and includes one hour of serving. Each additional hour is $25.
• 10-guest minimum for standard service and 40-guest minimum for full service.
• Tax and labor/delivery fees are not included in the menu prices.
• A standard 18% gratuity is suggested on all full-service catered events.
• The number of guests must be confirmed three working days prior to the event. Any changes to your order made within 24 hours prior to the event are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
• A catered event is not booked and confirmed until the signed agreement is received by Hacienda Colorado. • A credit card is required to secure your catering.
