The High Tea Cottage, Woodland Hills — Private parties are our specialty!
From the Welcome sign at the front door to the tables adored with fresh flowers, fine bone English china & crystal, whatever the occasion, which ever menu you choose, we strive to make your special Tea a memory you will remember with laughter & love.
The private Salon seats up to 25 guests for functions, the complete cottage is available for 35 to 50. Evening functions are also available 7 days a week. Whatever the occasion, Bridal or Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Tea Groups, Red Hat Ladies, Holiday Celebrations, Rehearsal Dinners, Lunches, Senior's Graduation, Bereavement Gatherings, Breakfast & Business Meetings.

I have had 5 functions here from A Bridal Shower, Baby Showers (2) a 75th Birthday High Tea all afternoon functions and a Retirement Dinner that I held in the evening. There is no where else I would consider having a party for family and friends.
From the minute you arrive you can see that this is a class act! A lovely Welcome Sign is always out by the front door welcoming my guests to my function. The interior of the little Cottage is quaint and very European, The first impression is wow! The room where I have held all my parties is called the Salon and it is beautiful, Sseats 24 formally. When my guests arive it's always 'this is absolutely lovely'
The food is exceptional, always fresh and only the best ingredients are served. The selected menu is presented with fresh flowers adorning the plates and the Teas are always hot and never an empty cup. They have over 100 premium loose leaf Teas and we have always been extremely pleased with our choices and the pots are bottomless and fresh. Music plays in the background, the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They print out personalized menus announcing the event and welcoming guests. There are vases of fresh flowers on every table with clean crisp white linen table cloths, colored napkins to suit our theme and absolutely beautiful china, everything matches. There is no where else I would consider holding a party; the prices are modest when you see the amount of food that is supplied and we have had 3 courses each time. I always take home the leftovers for my 2 sons and husband and even then the food is tasty later on or the next day.
I can not recommend this place enough and can tell you it’s a true gem nestled just off Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills.
