Venue RentalAttendees: 1-300 | $750 Per Event
Venue rental for four hours of event time is $750. Additional hours are $75 per hour. There is a $50 cleaning fee. Set up times of 2 hours prior to event and 1 hour after event is included. More set up time could be available upon request. At Milestone Events you are welcome to decorate for your event yourself, but if you need decorations, we can provide them for an additional fee. Enjoy our special lighting at no additional cost for your event. Just tell us what color! We have a full kitchen! Your are welcome to bring your own food or caterer. And of course, if you need catering, we have several wonderful caterers we can refer to you! We also offer free parking.
Terms and Conditions
Nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your date - this amount is deducted from your balance. A refundable security deposit of $250 (damage/clean up waiver is required by event date. Rates do not apply to holiday months. Prices subject to change.
