Lodge on the Desert, Tucson — Originally a private residence opened with only seven guest rooms in November, 1936, Lodge on the Desert remains an Arizona landmark and a Tucson tradition, renowned for its intimate residential setting and genial hospitality. Here, secluded pathways meander amongst regal palms, native cacti and manicured lawns wrapped in ribbons of seasonal flowers. Charming hacienda-style accommodations afford guests a sanctuary in which to retreat and relax. It is truly Tucson's urban oasis. A $15 million dollar expansion and renovation of Lodge on the Desert facilities concluded in June, 2009. A grand and brand new authentic Hacienda awaits guest arrivals and serves as front desk/check in, with comfortable living room/lobby and library areas in which to gather or relax. Also featured is a small conference board room. The complete re-orientation of the Lodge grounds includes the new pool and lush lawn areas . . . focal outdoor points to complement the Hacienda. In addition to the redesign and makeover of the previously existing 35 historic guest rooms and suites, Lodge accommodations overall have grown to 103 units, including 13 suites. Among many new guest room amenities are plush Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ Beverly Hills™ Plush memory foam bed with luxurious linens and ceiling fans. With the addition of a full-service destination spa featuring four treatment rooms still to come in late 2009, the "new" Lodge on the Desert is a traditional yet fresh Old Pueblo mid-town masterpiece. Meeting and event space, both indoors and out, has blossomed to over 10,000 square feet. Prior traditional event venues have been restored while newer, more contemporary venues were added. The Restaurant and Bar are temporarily closed while undergoing additional renovation and concept change. Timeline for reopening is Fall 2009.

Celebrations Party Spot, Tucson — Recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. Always well maintained. Hall rental includes the use of up to 25 round tables, 10 - 6 foot rectangle tables, 200 chairs, hall set up, white or ivory table linens, use of any centerpieces in stock, a security guard and the cleaning deposit. We have a separate room for the buffet to be set up & served and a lovely bar area adjoining the main hall. We would love to give you a tour! Contact Venue
