Celebrate your special event in a Victorian setting on the park-like grounds of the the Renaissance Revival Gibson Mansion/Yolo County Historical Museum, featuring shady lawns beneath oak and olive trees.
The Victorian Gibson Mansion and adjoining patio is surrounded by perennial flower gardens, green lawns, trees and an olive orchard. This is partially shaded by a 250-year-old Valley Oak.
The house is surrounded with towering trees, historical plantings and groomed lawn. Convenient free parking is available. The park is open during regular museum hours for picnicking. The grounds are available, on a fee basis, for weddings, receptions, family reunions and other group activities.

On site parking is adequate for 30 cars. The driveways must be kept open. Only the grounds are available to rent, not the Museum mansion. No amplified music or public address system is allowed. Music must be played softly and must end at 9:00 PM.
