** Fees charged include the time of event only plus a max of 3 hours of setup time and 2 hours of clean up time. ** Non-refundable deposit is required to book the space and is applied to final bill. ** If additional time is needed for set up/clean up, charge is $50 per evening, morning, or afternoon chunk. ** If do not book additional set up/clean up in advance but call the day prior to check availability, a one time additional per hour charge is added to the balance due. This is to cover extra staff coverage needed to unlock/lock up.
