Rental of the Edna Room includes: Elegant venue 60" Round Tables Life Time Heavy Duty chairs Bar/prep area Dance Floor Cleaning Supplies On Site help Events over 100 guests will require an additional officer at the customer's expense. Bar Services will require a bartender with a minimum of 4- hours. ***Bar Services are not included in pricing*** *Packages and other services are available upon request* * Required at booking half of rental fee with a $250 refundable damage fee and a $200 cleaning fee * additional hours are $300/hour. *COVID-19 guidelines 100% of occupancy currently
