At Studio Flava, we understand that every event is a once in a lifetime experience and a personal expression of your celebration. With a blank canvas and over a decade of service, our team aims to make unique memories for everyone with creative set ups, customized décor, and exclusive guest services. Most of all, we can provide everything needed so all you have to do is show up! Whether you are looking for a Full Service venue or DIY options, our location is perfect for quinces, weddings, dance socials, corporate events, workshops, seminars, or other private affairs. Our venue has 3 ballrooms with 2 that can be combined into one extra-large room with enough space to seat 200 guests and maintain a 1,000 square foot dancefloor. At Studio Flava, we treat every event as if it were our own. We are honest, affordable, passionate, and our quality of customer service is like no other! Our Basic Venue Services include: • Use of our Ceremony Room & Grand Ballroom (3,000 square feet) • Rental of guest tables, head table, food tables, cake/gift tables, cocktail tables, and chairs • Law required on-site FL State Licensed Security Officer with 24 hour indoor & outdoor surveillance • Access to Bluetooth quality house sound system with microphone + virtual capabilities • After event venue cleaning & breakdown • Online E-vite RSVP service Add-On Service available (a la carte or in packages): • Buffet Room (1,000 square foot) to set up a beautiful food buffet separate from event room • Spacious Changing Room with vanity, private bathroom, amenities, extra seating • Prep Kitchen for catering staff to plate meals, trays, cut cake, etc. • Bar/Lounge area for beverage preparation and seating with sink and ice machine • Beverage Station with sweet tea, lemonade, and water self serve dispensers • Catering and beverage packages with SMART table service • Hospitality Service Staff complete with chaffers, sternos, chinaware, silverware, food set-up and replenishment, table bussing, food re-packaging, and cake cutting • Venue set-up and decor packages with exclusive Video Wall Backdrop featuring customized (to match theme and décor) or other 20 foot wide 4k video display • Cake Saver Package with custom decorated faux cake • DJ, Photo, Video, and Choreography packages • Event Planning services • Hora Loca and other entertainment services • All Inclusive Packages

Hollywood themed party - An Eventective User from TAMPA

Studio flavor hosted my Hollywood themed quinceanera for my daughter it was one of the most amazing experience that I have had my entire life my daughter was extremely happy the staff was pleasant easy to work with they were very friendly very helpful the decorations were extremely exceptional the food was Top Notch and the whole venue was beautiful from top to bottom I would recommend them three times over I would do it all over again if I had the chance Jenni is one of the most amazing event coordinators I would hire her for all of my future parties
