Leonardo's Coffeehouse is now available as an event venue! The 2nd floor space comfortably seats 75-100 and is ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, book clubs, study groups, seminars, art classes, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, photography shoots, concerts, tea parties, and much more!
Leonardo's Coffeehouse is a renovated historic structure built in 1890, featuring couch seating areas, tables & chairs arranged to your liking, classy chandelier lighting, options for coffee & tea bars, and a variety of tablecloths & decor to choose from!
The minimum rental period for the facility shall be two (2) hours, which shall include setup time and breakdown time. Additional time is incremented in one (1) hour blocks (for example, if your use of the facility runs 15 minutes or more over the last hour of your reservation, then this will be considered an additional hour of facility use.)
Facility Rental Fee: Please contact us for a quote for your event!
Service Fee: A 15% service charge will be applied to all facility rentals.
Reservation Fee: Non-refundable $25.00 deposit due upon reservation to block a date.
Janitorial Fee: $25.00 (only applicable if renting party does not adequately clean the facility after their event. The person responsible for locking the facility shall determine whether or not the facility has been adequately cleaned and is in good order.)
Cancellations: The renting party (as shown below) may cancel the facility rental up to and including five (5) business days prior to the date of the event. If the party has paid any funds prior to cancellation, those funds will be returned. Any cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the date of the event will result in forfeiture of all funds previously received.
Prohibitions: No renting party shall use the facility for any illegal purpose whatsoever. Additionally, alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited in and around the facility, no exceptions.
