The Greenbelt Nature Center is a stunning 5,400 square-foot stone and brick building that stands in harmony with its natural surroundings. It is designed in the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright. Nestled among landscaped gardens, lush lawns and seating areas, the Nature Center is available to rent for your private affair. Conveniently located in the heart of Staten Island, the Nature Center provides parking for 40 cars and is sure to provide a memorable experience for your guests.
A $200 per hour rental fee can accommodate up to 65 people. The rental would include our beautiful event room, with stone floor and wooden accents, and our adjoining picturesque outdoor slate terrace which is accessed from the event room.
A $325 per hour rental fee would enable you to rent the entire nature center. This includes the map room and exhibit area and can accommodate up to 100 people. This type of rental allows more space for setup, such as a magician, a DJ, a bar, or other unique party element of your choosing.
Other Important Information
•A $200 deposit secures the rental date.
• The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the rental date, along with a $250 security bond.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and may result in forfeiture of some or all of the deposit.
The Greenbelt Nature Center is available to be rented by private individuals. Dates are available year-round and can be discussed with rental coordinator.

•Private renters may choose a caterer based on Nature Center recommendations, or may wish to obtain a caterer on their own.
•It remains the renter’s responsibility to covey the catering policy to the caterer they choose, and to abide by the rules and regulations as listed in the Caterer’s Contract, which must be signed by the caterer of their choice.

An experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, the Love Shack contains two unique two life-size dollhouses in an ex-industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The space was designed and custom built by Alexander and Brittany Love, making their surreal dream a reality. Almost every piece of furniture or lighting you see is an original design or restored and modified from it’s original form.
The Love Shack is one large main space with several smaller spaces inside the human dollhouses. Perfect for small promotional events, cocktail parties, weddings, corporate, photo shoots and more. Please Note: Three friendly cats on premises. We have at top-of-the-line HEPA air purifier running 24/7 and the space is non-carpeted and kept immaculately clean so allergens have never posed an issue (owners are allergic themselves). The cats also wear plastic nail caps over their claws.
