I had my 21st birthday party here and it was amazing, the staff was awesome and did an amazing job with putting up the decor. I had so much fun. Thank you for hosting myself and the family/friends. Also the food was amazing!

We really enjoy having our Christmas party here every year. The Food is Delicious. Everyone raves about the food. They also accommodate for special diets, so everyone is well taken care of! The service is amazing. And the catering office staff are very efficient. We communicate about the event and what we want and they present the details of the event just liked we talked about the day of! We highly recommend Red Hawk for hosting your next event!

The private dining room was decorated very nicely for Christmas. All the tables were set as discussed as were the extra amenities we asked for. Having the full bar with bartender was very nice. The entire staff was pleasant, accomodating and professional. We are a non-profit so it was important to find something nice but also something that we could afford. Red Hawk did that for us.

We recently had our company Christmas party at Red Hawk in the members lounge. It was beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Red Hawk for your party needs.

I had a celebration of life event for my Son. At the Red Hawk golf resort in the Sun Porch room in August. I have to say that the staff and services that were provided made the event very successful. The staff were the most dedicated staff I have ever seen. They were there throughout the event to make sure everyone got everything they needed . The food was great and the bar service excellent. I would highly recommend Red Hawk for any event.

We had a catered 50 guest event at David's grill owner's room and snack bar area which accommodated guests either inside or outside. Inside was lovely with a long bar and fireplace. We had 4 rounds of 10 inside and lots of outside tables available for those who wanted to be outside. The staff was wonderful and gave good service. The hor d'ourves were nothing special but we supplemented with a couple of items we brought in. Overall would reccommend this venue.

I have held a formal banquet for my college marching band through Red Hawk before and I am so glad I went back to them for my next event. I wanted to host an adult prom for all my friends in their 20s and Red Hawk made it so easy! From booking a time to see spaces, easy paperwork and logistics, quick replies for communication, to even last minute adjustments for tables and chairs the whole process was so smooth. Love the people at Red Hawk, highly suggest it for any event you want to host, even for something as silly as an adult prom!

I don’t think anyone else could have made our day better. Stephanie at Redhawk was our wedding planner, day of coordinator, officiant, babysitter, therapist, you name it she was on top of it. The day Anthony I met her, we both thought she was so kick ass and she took all the stress off of the wedding planning, she was a slam dunk to be the person to bind us forever. Her team went above and beyond before, during, and after the whole wedding process. Whatever I wanted they made it happen! Who else’s wedding officiant was ready to throw hands on their behalf ? Fix me up for every photo? Chase Travis around? And so much more. Stephanie knew exactly what Anthony and I were thinking every step of the way, and truly couldn’t have made it a better experience. From the very beginning, Red Hawk was very helpful and super easy to work with. Their team was quick at getting back to us on all of our questions and concerns. Our main contacts were Stephanie, Jordan, and Donny who all were awesome! Up until the wedding, they were very attentive and made sure everything we wanted on our day was achievable. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and Donny were around the whole time making sure that everything ran smoothly. All the decorations and set up was exactly how we wanted it! If there were more than 5 stars I would give Red Hawk as many as possible! Everything from the beginning was easy at Red Hawk. Stephanie was great to work with, her and the staff at Red Hawk catered to all of our needs up until the wedding day. We chose Red Hawk because of the beautiful ceremony space and reception area, and because we had the flexibility to do whatever we wanted. One huge plus that we loved here was the flexibility with the bar. We were able to host an open bar based on consumption, so we only paid for what our guests ordered. The food was delicious and the chef and his team did a fantastic job. A huge plus was staying at the on-site villas for getting ready the day of the wedding and for staying there the night of the wedding. We truly can't thank everybody enough for helping us with our DREAM wedding. Thank you Stephanie and all of Red Hawk!

We chose Red Hawk because of the location to our family in Reno. We never anticipated the quality of the experience we were to receive. Every person we spoke to was amazingly professional and that was only topped off by the amazing food! I highly recommend Red Hawk for any special occasion you have.

Our experience every year with Red Hawk is wonderful! We've chosen them to host our homeschool prom for the last 5 years and every year our kids have an amazing time. It's a beautiful location and the staff is on top of taking care of us!

Had my sons wedding and reception at Red Hawk. Stephanie and her team were EXCEPTIONAL!! I have nothing but good things to say about them from beginning to end. So incredibly helpful and accommodating We had the rehearsal dinner there as well and again, so great. Do not hesitate having your event here. Stephanie and her team will not disappoint.

This place is amazing I had two events here already. And both times Donny and entire team at red hawk made everything work. The staff is extremely nice and the food is great. They literally do everything for you it took so much stress off my back. I would recommend this place 10/10. They respond extremely quick and will answer all questions. If they don’t have an answer they will figure it out. Book your next event here you won’t regret it!

Our holiday party at Red Hawk Event Center was amazing! Everyone absolutely loved the food and the service provided by the staff was just wonderful. Truly, everyone we worked with at Red Hawk made our holiday party festive and special. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Already looking forward to next year!

Helpfulness of Staff: Very friendly and helpful. They were not at all stressful to work with. They were also helpful with recommending a DJ and our photo booth people said they love doing events there. Food: Red Hawk caters their own events and that's fine because the food was excellent. Price: Wedding venues are pricey and that's all there is to it, but I'd say that we got excellent value for what we paid. The food and alcohol accounted for most of the bill. Appearance: The venue has multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. In late October, when we had our wedding, the fall leaves looked awesome. The event center was a good size and they had a good setup for easily hanging our lights (which they did for us). Other Things Worth Mentioning: The Villas are nine rooms located on the property. Our package included a two night stay in the largest one, which was more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. We rented out all the rooms for our wedding party and it was super convenient. I would strongly recommend doing that.

We held my daughters Sweet 16 here. The venue is beautiful, the staff was great and the food was good as well.

The service was great, food was excellent and everything was ready on time. The only suggestion would be improved instructions as to the location. It was confusing when you drive up and there is an event center, thinking it could be in the event center rather than the club house. Next time we will know as I am sure we will be using Red Hawk again in the future.

Celebration of Life Memorial

We chose Redhawk again for their beautiful, amazing venue. Our oldest daughters graduated in 2019 we had their graduation party in the members lounge it was beautiful the staff amazing and attentive to my guest. The food VERY yummy. My youngest daughter just graduated from and she chose Redhawk also but this time in the Talons Nest. No words can express how perfect it was. Redhawk is by far the best venue for any special event. Thank you Stephanie for being there for my daughter and I so we can make her dreams come true.

The Republican Women of Reno have had their General Luncheon Meeting at Red Hawk for the last 10 months. Red Hawk has been outstanding to work with! A big thank you to their staff and Management Group!

Despite challenges due to a recent computer system upgrade, the staff managed this event for my late husband flawlessly. Setup was perfect. Flowers were wonderful. Food was yummy. And, most of all, the staff was superb!

Stephanie and Donny and the rest of the event staff was amazing! They made sure everything went smoothly and Donny even ran to the store during the reception to get me Coke when I mentioned I can't drink Pepsi. I didn't even ask him, he just went! That attention to detail and willingness to make the day as smooth as possible is what really sets Red Hawk Golf and Resort apart from any other wedding venue.

Held my daughters bridal shower at this property. The resort is beautiful, the room was perfect for indoor outdoor space, socially distanced, food was great and the service was excellent! Planning a wedding during quarantine has been challenging and the staff at Red Hawk Golf and Resort made it easy.

While trying to have a large fundraising banquet in the middle of Covid restrictions, Red Hawk was able to jump on board with us immediately when restrictions began to lift. Besides being helpful and easy to work with while the country dealt with the disease, they have an energetic and friendly staff who cater to our guests, with a great looking venue too. We've held our events at casino ballrooms before, but Red Hawk charges a ton less than them, for a much better package. I also get compliments on the food after our events, and the smoked tri-tip is always our go-to in case you're looking for ideas!

My wife and I had our wedding last September during COVID here, and Stephanie and Donnie were incredible. I can’t thank them enough for absolutely everything. It was perfect! Highly recommend!
