Whatever your needs, the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center looks forward to meeting them. Blue Harbor offers more than 16,800 square feet of meeting and convention space. The 81-foot by 127-foot grand ballroom may be partitioned into seven different style meeting spaces and has 16-foot ceilings. Each space is equipped with an Apple HDMI audiovisual system that enables you to connect with any sort of laptop, iPad, projector or other device for seamless presentations. We have two pre-function areas that can accommodate cocktails and receptions, trade show booths, reservation desks and small meal functions. Abundant TV screens post the daily schedules, so your guests will always know where they’re going. We also have a business center and a boardroom located on the first floor for small group meetings. Should you need it, Blue Harbor can provide you with a vendor list that includes photographers, DJs, pastors or officiants, and daycare providers, as well as linen rental and chair rental services. Finally, we have ample free parking, with a main entrance directly to the conference area away from resort guests.

Recommended Meeting Venue - An Eventective User from Sheboygan Wisconsin

Every quarter my company does a communications meeting for all 75+ employees, so we are there quite often for this type of thing. In addition to our company communications meetings, we also provide trainings for the managers at this location as well. I can honestly say, the only complaint I ever have is that the room is so big, it's a bit chilly in the conference room some times. Otherwise, they provide us with water, coffee, juice, tea, and soda as well as small ""snack"" type bakery items in the morning for our early morning events there. The conference rooms can be made larger or smaller depending on the number of people your meeting will need to house. We have had nearly 100 people seated in one of the smallest room divisions the can make, and we were far from crowded. They provide round tables with linens, and hard candy on the tables to enjoy as well. The chairs provided for seating are actually quite comfortable (which makes all the difference when you are in a 2 day training event for 8 hours a day). They also provide us with the use of any AV equipment we may need so we don't need to drag it around with all our employees and staff running around. The conference salons are well lit, the staff is pleasant and friendly without being a bother, the amenities provided (including the rest rooms, seating areas in the hall way, places to hang up your coats and bags etc) are very nice. Overall it is a high quality of product and service they provide, but a friendly environment
