When I first laid eyes on this palatial estate immediately grabbed me. Much like for anyone who’s traveled old Europe and has seen amazing architecture and architectural presence of the buildings museums, and estate homes.
Immediately the street appeal was unique with a number of palm trees, one could see how lush Arcadia was.

When I first entered this mansion, it stopped at the foyer and, like all who see the interior for the first time, I stood in awe at the architectural detail and richness of the finishes and design. Amazing detail! A trophy home, palatial. Thoughts of Hearst Castle, Versace mansion and Mar-a-lago Few estates are ever so instantly iconic.
The estate had gone through a foreclosure with the second owner getting ill and had a couple of tragic years. Needless to say it was in disrepair and in need of a full restoration.
The exterior was devastated.
The gardens had died;
