Host a meeting, training seminar, or other daytime event in a beautiful venue with state of the art audio and video equipment available. There is seating for up to 350 people available. Choose to use the room and equipment, or add on other optional services such as a full service lunch complete with entertainment!

ROOM RENTAL FEE: $500.00 per hour. Four hour minimum required.

Sound and lighting technician
Professional and knowledgeable sound and lighting technician is available to handle all of your audio and video needs.
Access to audio/video equipment
Power point ready, full theatre screen, state of the art audio and video equipment, and stage area.
Special set up requests will be honored
Bring in materials for your meeting or presentation, centerpieces, or place settings and we will ensure it is set up to your specifications.
Note: All requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event. Requests are subject to approval of Club Management.
Food and Beverage Packages
Please see attached group rates for food and beverage packages ranging from $16.00 per person to $42.00 per person. Full service provided.
Quality Comedians to suit your event are available. Please ask Event Coordinator for pricing and information on performers available for daytime events.
Charges are negotiable depending on length of time the room is needed for use. - If a daytime event is scheduled, and food and beverages are provided by The Improv, amount of food/beverage package may be subtracted from the room rental fee.
