It consists of a Lecture Hall and a seprate conference room that can be rented separately or together. The facility is equipped with high speed internet (wired/wireless), high resolution (1024x764) digital projector, and can be equipped with computers for online training. This conference room is nicely decorated with classy cherry-wood furnishings. It is ideal for home-based business owners or non-profit orgs needing to meet with their clientele in a professional setting. It can be arranged as a meeting room with a seating capacity of 4-6, or as a small computer training room with a capacity of 5 laptops. Laptops are rented daily, weekly or monthly and come equipped with wireless internet access, wireless mice and access to printers. The room has a PC with a large 21” monitor for common viewing, and can also be equipped with a polycom for conferencing to other sites.

This room can be used as a meeting room or a computer training lab. It is a great GREAT, LOW-COST alternative to more expensive hotel meeting rooms. It has a 6' x 5' white board, large easel and paper pads, an 8' screen, and a high resolution digital projector mounted to ceiling. It consists of 10 tables (18"x72"), each seating 3 people, with ergonomic chairs. It can be arranged as a in classroom, theatre or U-shaped seating to host lectures, group meetings, or computer training events. The seating capacity is between 18-30 people, depending on the arrangement. The front of the room also has an instructor desk and PC ready to go for your presentation, complete with a remote mouse and pointing device. Top of the line Dell machines are available for rent, complete with wireless internet access, wireless mice, as well as a networked printer. A polycom is also available for conference calls to other sites.
